What is the best tanning oil, lotion , spray etc.? - best tanning lotion non oily

I need something cheap (like Sumthing can be found in pharmacies) and without fat, and feels good, not tested on animals, and is not my fat face and ORANGE! Xo
I've tried:
Mary Kay Lotion (sucks! Tests on animals, and it's orange!)
Jargon of the natural glow (makes my face shiney) in your body
Loreal Tan (I have had the disease Michael Jackson, is orange, and gave me a rash!)
Bath & Body Works crap (experiments on animals, and gave me an orange mustache!)
